About NCCRMT

The National Coalition of Canadian Registered Massage Therapists, a not-for-profit entity, facilitates the voluntary registration of massage therapists (RMT), training schools, and institutions across Canada

Registration Process

The registration process is designed to unify the professional identity of massage therapists, ensure consistent standards and fairness, and support the mobility of their vocation as registered massage therapists by facilitating the recognition of qualifications regionally and nationally across Canada.

The National Coalition of Canadian Registered Massage Therapists solely accepts registrations from individuals, entities, and training institutions that qualify as registered massage therapists. Application to become a registered massage therapist (RMT) can be made directly or indirectly through organizations that provide relevant services or training or individuals independently.

The National Coalition of Canadian Registered Massage Therapists is also committed to providing ongoing educational and training opportunities. These initiatives aim to continually enhance members’ skills and competencies to support mobility within their profession.
